You do not need generic goal setting. You need someone who understands what it actually takes to trust yourself again after a relationship that taught you not to.
Coaching is not about pushing you to be more productive or chase a bigger goal. It is about helping you rebuild the parts of yourself that got worn down. Your confidence. Your ability to trust your own judgment. Your sense of what you actually want, separate from what you were taught to accept.
I bring my clinical background into this work, but coaching itself is practical. We look at where you are right now, what is keeping you stuck, and what real, doable steps move you forward. You leave sessions with clarity, not just conversation.
I am not coaching from a textbook. I have lived through what it takes to rebuild after a relationship that tried to convince you that you were the problem. That understanding shapes every session. You will not have to explain the parts that are hard to explain. I already understand.
